When you call back inquiring why they keep calling and hang up before it gives you a second ring, they want to know everything about you, name, ss#, phone numbers, address etc ,before they even identify who they are and why they rae calling, very rude people!!!!! They also call a gazillion times a day, from before 8:00am until past 9:00pm and on Sundays also........ people, give me a break!!!! They also call from different area codes to confuse you.
No idea why SONITROL would be calling me for Lane Bryant. My bill is always paid on time and never late. They have called from two different numbers and sound like they are some overseas person. The other number they have tried to call from is Search2Close at 614-212-7531. I wouldn't doubt if this is some scam to get your personal information for identity theft. I am unsure of how to list the call type because they do not properly identify themselves. These numbers should be and will be blocked from calling my house.
I keep getting calls from this number says Sonitrol on the caller id and also from Quality technology. When I answer they say they are from comenity but I talked to an official person from Comenity and they say they have no dealings with either of these companies. DO NOT PAY THEM for any account they are a scam...
