This call was from Comenity because I owe them money for my Younkers Store Charge Card. It was a valid phone call. I will pay my bill. Caller ID says they are calling from Ohio.
Recieving multiple calls from this number. Have also told them several times they have the wrong number and person they're looking for is not at this number!
I got really mad a moment ago and told the female, "Why do you people keep calling my number after I've told you that name (even she struggles to pronounce it) or whatever it is is not at this number! Stop calling this number!" She replies, "Well maybe she has multiple properties!" I said, "I don't care, Stop calling this number!" She said, "Ma'am you're not listening to me!" I said, "I don't need to because you're supposed to stop calling this number!" and I proceeded to share some expletives with her! Morons!
They harass you. I'm paid the bill off and they are bugging me for their late charges. I am closing very account I have with that bank, they are the worst.
