They are misrepresenting themselves and violating several statutes in the FDCPA. So, while they might be nice when they are getting what they want, as with all criminals, they show their true colors when the don't.
I get a call from them and refuse to talk to them. I had to drop classes and then before they did that the put me on a academic suspension due to grades, and then they sent back the money sent to them by my student loan company, and instructors refused to help me at all for extra help when I would email them, they all ignored my request for help. so I told uop to jump in a lake for the money they should of kept.
I receive a phone call every single day from this phone number, probably more than once a day. It is always at the same time of the day. It is just a machine/recorder asking for Sarah Crosby. It says if you are not this person then to please hang up. Okay?? Well how do I get them to understand this person does not live here, nor do I know anyone by that name.
