I am dealing with these idiots right now, I have been receiving phone calls from them for a little while now and all they leave is automated messages that a complaint has been filed against me. Well last week some @$$ hole from there called me and left me a voicemail and did not identify himself, just said that there was a legal complaint filed against me and I "had" to call him back that day. So I return the [***]'s message and he is a total prick to me. Well if you know the law like I do regarding this, I asked him to cease and desist and not to contact me via phone that he could reach me by certified mail. He said that I have made no attempts to resolve the 2500.00 debt and he was threatening that he is going to call my employer and garnish my wages. I corrected him and told him word for word what I told the last retard there that I called back just a week prior to that! I am a single mom, I don't make [***] for $$ and can not pull 2500.00 out of my @ss. BUT as I indicated to the prior employee, I would be willing to set up payment arrangements for 25.00 a month until I could do more. But of course that was not good enough. He told me to take out a personal loan to pay them. I then asked him, now if you think I could take out a personal loan and pay that payment, don't you think I would pay you first??? The guy was a total jerk and I ended up hanging up on him. He has not called me again until today when I received another automated message. This time I am saving all of them and sending them a cease and desist letter. I recommend anyone else to do this as well.

Did not answer, left the following voice mail:

Forgot to say, I'm young, live at home, never had a credit card or a loan and owe nobody anything. I have no idea what this could be.

A lady named kim called fomr this number and left a message saying that it was a legal matter or something to that effect. So i called back and a guy answered and i asked what this was about and hes like is this ashley im like yes. Then he says you owe money to purdue calumet ( i had no idea while attending that i had to offically drop my classes, i couldnt just stop going to class, hince me owing them almost 2000 bucks). So i basically told him that i couldnt do more than like 5 dollars a month cause i dont work, and my parent shave no idea i went going to my classes. And then he says well theres no way thats gonna be enough money.. i said well thats all i can afford.. so hes like well your gonna have to talk to kim about that, they called again today..but i dunno if i should answer.
