this is RCS they call on behalf of the Ohio Attorney General to collect on student loan debt for me. I have to say I gave them a call back and they were very helpful. He really did try to help me out and I was able to get back on top of my loan debt thanks to the gentleman that called. If the call you get from this number identifies as RCS and give you a name and who they are rep for. I highly recommend calling them back. you have no reason to believe me but I hope at lease one of you do. They are trying to help.
I have been getting calls for about a week now. I do not pick up my phone from unrecognized #'s. They just called my cell and when I did not answer two minutes (no lie) they called my job. They were told that I wasn't here and took a message that "I had filed a complaint and that I was to call them back as soon as possible)
They have a very horrible, horrible, debt collection practice. This guy called me to try and setup an arrangement and had the nerve to tell me that I better not tell him I don't have any money b/c I have a ringback tone on my phone. He harrassed me about paying the bill and, I reported his behind to the Ohio Attorney General...thanks UOP!
I had a simialir experience with them and equally if not more ruder. Ms. Conrad and her evil manager Lora Lombard. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision and Attorney General.

Wish I would have read this earlier. It is such a scam!! The people at this number are so rude and it is amazing the stuff they say to you on the phone. They called to harass my daddy and then when I called they said that was there way of getting to me!!!!
