It is not Chase Bank -- according to Chase Bank. I callked them and reported BOTH numbers used by these scammers, and neither is in their directory. Further I reported it to
[email protected]. Here is there reply and my original post.

Hello-
I am getting called repeatedly on my cell phone from a
number that identifies itself with Chase Bank. A voicemail
is left.
The initial number is 614 890 1025.
It then states to call this number: 866 351 0119.
I have not spoken to anyone from either number.
But online research indicates this is a phishing scam.
I also called your legitimate customer service number and
was informed that neither number is Chase.
I am not a Chase customer.
Hope you can do something to shut these guys down -- for
all of us, customer or not.
