I have gotten several calls to my cell phone from this number, same scam $120 gas card from my "mastercard", but they can't tell me what bank my "mastercard" is associated with and they want me to pay for shipping for my reward package. I, however, have never purchased a Snuggie or anything else from that company.
This is a scam. I am disheartened to see that there was a call reported as late as May 26 by Heidi here, since the FTC just did a recent bust:

Wanted to congratulate me on keeping my mastercard in good standing with a free gas card gift and some oil change cards? They knew the last four digits of my card, but wanted to charge me $1 for sending my free gift. I think this is a scam to get the rest of the card number, so told him I wasn't interested. Next time I will not be polite. They have called a few times in the last couple of months, but I usually don't let them get as far into the conversation.
I just received a call about 10 minutes ago. Everyone that is sick of this go to the FTC and file a complaint. It only takes a few minutes. Let these jokers know that we are sick of them. I tried to call them back, but their voice mail is full. 3 calls on a Sunday!!!! How much more are we going to take?
