Received a call from +16184631412 and some unknown number for me and let the call go for voice mail.

Please call immediately on our department number 2028641161. I repeat 2028641161. Thank you".
Yesterday got a call from another number WASHINGTON DC (12022418625) with more or less the same message.
"Hey officer Julie Smith from Internal Revenue Service and the hotline to my division is 2022418625. I repeat it's 2022418625. Don't disregard this message and do return the call before we take any action against you. Goodbye and take care."
They called me at 10:30PM. I WAS SOUND ASLEEP! After fumbling with the phone, I heard my name being used so pick up. They identified themselves as being from Microsoft. I over road her spiel, said I didn't own a PC, then the rest of what I said I can't type out here. I was not nice.
I had the number call me and when I answered it was a recorded PPI payment protection message. Very strange, it's the standard message that tends to hound people here in the UK but from a US number......................weird shizzle, and the worst thing about it was that there was no one for me to shout at!
