I received this unwanted call representing Microsoft Company & Windows 7. At that point I hung up
The person identified himself as Harry and had an accent.
Automated message said this was the IRS notifying they were filing a lawsuit against me, and to call the following number immediately: 360-489-6074. Am going to research (but not call!) that number yet. I hate to think of elderly people being frightened by this type of scam.

Received a call from 618-463-1412 with a recording that the IRS was suing me. This is the second one I received. IRS said its a scam. They would never call with something like this, they would always mail notification.
IRS Scam. Received recorded message 4/28/2015, claiming to be from IRS. I was instructed to call 210-591-7630, which I elected not to do. The recording was identical to one received 4/27/2015 from 210-824-0171. This latter number actually belongs a Trane Air Conditioning parts warehouse in Texas; it was "spoofed." I note that the 210-591-7630 number also appears on 800notes as an origin of these spam calls.
