they call to collect a debt that is over ten year old ,i told them not to cll me any more if you think i own you take me to court. they have been clling the past year.
User calls from the 620-662-8870 number. Called already today with no message. They have called my husband's work also. When you talk to them they will give you no information but want information from you. I just give them my attorney's name and number.
They must spend a fortune on calling and mailing stuff. Maybe if they quit doing that they wouldn't need the money, then they wouldn't bother us.
Also there are statute of limitations that vary per state. Check out your state's policy before you give them any information. If the debt is over 10-years-old they should not be able to collect the debt as long as you don't admit to it.
I must be on every freaking scammers list in the whole dang world! Have received many calls from these rude people from different numbers. They call, I don't answer, they don't leave a msssage.
I have got multiple calls from 620-662-8870 asking for someone named Elana, I keep telling them that there is no one here by that name, I've had the cell phone they call for over 6 months and to please remove the number - they call back a couple weeks later asking again. They are at least polite about it, and assure me they will stop calling the number, but they never seem to remove my number from their database.
