In answer to your question about so many phone numbers, the business has multiple lines, each identified with a different phone number. The business usually provides a main number, but incoming calls get routed to the next open line. I am not saying this outfit is good or bad, just explaining why the one company has many phone numbers.
Got a call from this number for the first time ever. Didn't answer because I was on the other line with someone else. When I called back, I was asked how they could help me. I said that they should already know since they called me. She asked for my phone number in which I obliged, then she asked me my name. I told her that she should already have my name since they called me and she went on to say that she couldn't give me any name because of privacy issues. Seriously, she couldn't say is this James?
