These people called me and said I have an out standing loan from March of this year. They threaten me and told me the police were coming to my house to arrest me if I did not pay this loan.
I ask for documentation to back up his claim but then he refused. Like he did not have to give it. I ask for his fax number and he gave me an in correct one. Then he would not answer the phone when I tried to call him back after I went to my bank for documentation to prove to this company I do not have a loan. These people must be scammers so be very careful if anybody gets a call from them. They talked with a middle eastern accent.
Have these scammers mail you the documents, then it is Mail Fraud, they decline to do so but if they do then you have them. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY, THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have received over 45 calls from this number in the last 2 days. I've even blacklisted them and they continue to call from other numbers. The guy that called me told me his name was officer john smith and that if I didnt pay back a loan I never took out to begin with I was going to prison. These people are true scumballs. Even when I told him to stop calling me he told me to go to hell and hung up on me
This jon SMith guy did the same thing to me I told him to contact my local police dept. he told me to fk off and hung up the phone SO i called back 10 time in a row just to prove the point and now the calls stopped for a week and they have started up again what can we do ?
