These people called me and said I have an out standing loan from March of this year. They threaten me and told me the police were coming to my house to arrest me if I did not pay this loan.
I ask for documentation to back up his claim but then he refused. Like he did not have to give it. I ask for his fax number and he gave me an in correct one. Then he would not answer the phone when I tried to call him back after I went to my bank for documentation to prove to this company I do not have a loan. These people must be scammers so be very careful if anybody gets a call from them. They talked with a middle eastern accent.
SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE OF A SO CALLED NAME MR. KEVIN PETERSON AND A HOWARD AND FLETCHER LAW FIRM. THIS IS TOTALLY A SCAM. THEY CALLED AND SAID I HAD A PAYDAY LOAN WITH CASHADVANCE USA FOR 300 DOLLARS IN JULY 2011. NEVER HAD A 300 PAYDAY LOAN. THEY GOT MY PERSONAL INFO AND ALL. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO JAIL AND SEE ME IN COURT THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS A SATURDAY. THEN I CALLED IT BACK AND HE TOLD ME TO SUCK HIS D***K. WHAT PLACE OF BUSINESS WOULD EVER TELL A CUSTOMER TO DO SUCH A THING. NONE. THEN I CALLED IT BACK AGAIN AND TOLD HIM THAT SINCE HE KEEPS CALLING ME I HAVE WENT TO THE PD AND REPORTED THEM ALSO THE FBI IF HE EVER ATTEMPTS TO CALL MY PHONE AGAIN. THE ARE A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTIST LOOKING TO SCAM INNOCENT PEOPLE. THEY WILL GET WHATS COMING TO THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO SCAM THE RIGHT ONE AND IT WILL BE THE POLICE DEP OR FBI. I HOPE THAT IF ANY ONE READ THIS DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE FOR ANY UNKNOWN NUMBER BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE MANY DIFFERENT ONES AND THEY SOUND LIKE THOSE MIDDLE EASTERNERS TRYING TO CHANGE HIS VOICE. HE CAN SOMETIMES SOUND LIKE A FEMALE. THEY ARE PERVERTS WHO NEED TO GET A REAL JOB AND STOP BEING LAZY AND FRAUDULENT. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! GET A LIFE. I HOPE ONE OF THEM ARE READING THIS SO YOU KNOW THAT ONE YOU WILL GET CAUGHT....
These people are butt holes ---- they can't even speak English .....trying to say his name is Paul Smith and cannot even pronounce it!!!!! Get a life ..... what a fraud......keeps calling and leaving the same number to return his call.....can't understand hardly anything he says.....don't tell them anything....they are simply ridiculious......
they keep calling me some of the numbers cant call all the said that the Iraq army was going to come to my house and take every thing i have and then take me to jail bull i told them the us army will stop them
im getting an avarage of 20 calls a day from these people . imade the mistake of answering once,not a mistake ill make again bogus claim same as everybody else
