These people called me and said I have an out standing loan from March of this year. They threaten me and told me the police were coming to my house to arrest me if I did not pay this loan.
I ask for documentation to back up his claim but then he refused. Like he did not have to give it. I ask for his fax number and he gave me an in correct one. Then he would not answer the phone when I tried to call him back after I went to my bank for documentation to prove to this company I do not have a loan. These people must be scammers so be very careful if anybody gets a call from them. They talked with a middle eastern accent.
I have received several phone calls from this number and they have given an address of 101 Gabriel Ct Monrovia, CA 91016 and I have received calls from another number of 714-485-9593 giving me the same story. They are telling me that I have comitted fraud and action is taken against my Social Security Number and my name. I hope whoever is doing this gets shut down.
Just got a message, couldn't understand the name...'allegations against your ss# in your state of MI'. They should be ashamed of themselves. anyone have success getting htem to stop calling?
Got a call from the scum and contact a lawyer. Lawyer tried to get in touch with the copy and no answer. People know how to scam others but they won't get a dollar of my hard earned money.
The same people called me a year ago. They called four times today and left a messagge once. So they are trying the same thing again. I left a message last year also in attempt to warn people and to advise them of the things that they were stating that an attorney would not do as it is unethical. No one has ever received a notice in the mail, No one has ever even received an e-mail stating the account is past due. I checked and I do not owe anything since I padi in full according to the contract and truth in lending form. He is not an attorney. Ask him for his license number which has to provide and you can file a complaint with the state BAR. It will also provide you with a way to verify who the character. No word from this guy for over a year and is pulling the same prank and I doubt if he even knows he called last year. No letter has ever arrived or e-mail. The loan I took out was over three years ago and it has almost been four years ago. If it was not paid in full they would have been contacting much sooner than last year. If you are abel to get a license number which I would bet that you won't, please post it online.
