It is Citimortgage - I returned the call - the 1st return call I got a busy signal. The 2nd return call I got an answer - They WILL as for the last 6 (six) digits of your ss# - which I provided. The purpose of the call was because they did not receive my mortgage payment by the due date - the 16th. they call on the 17th. As it turned out - my auto payment from my bank was due to reach them by the 15th - for some reason it was not acknowledged until the 22nd of the month - so my bank must not have sent it until the 15th and/or they took 5-7 days to acknowledge the payment was made. Once Citimortgage processed the payment - I stopped receiving the calls as I was receiving it every day - 2 or 3 times a day until - Citimortgage processed. Hope this helps.
it is an automated system, so you can't tell the system that it has the wrong number. It would call several times a day and left a message....very annoying
Need to have this number stop calling me. Asking for someone other than me.
