They are rude! They interrupt normal sleeping hours! They call even work phones and harass fellow employees! Day Knight is crooked, No integrity, greedy self seeking bottom feeders who should be stopped. I personally don't know how these companies and the people who work for them find restful sleep. Generally a company like this "Corrupt from the top of command - DOWN - down to the broom pusher"....
They told me I needed to make a payment to them because my insurance had refused to a cover a medical bill because it was submitted more than six months after the date of service. I called my insurance company (Aetna Student Health) and they told me this was patently false - that I had up to fifteen months to submit a claim and that I should not pay Day Knight & Associates. They are crooked! Work directly with either you insurance company and/or the place of service...do not pay via a third party debt collector like these guys.
Yep, they're crooked, called me at work too. Won't answer them since they don't bother to leave a msg. The call came from Grover, MO for me too, from Denise Day. If they're attys. they know the law and they know that they are BREAKING it.
They need to submit proof. I asked for it. Two months later (they have 30 days to supply verification of debt ownership) NOTHING.
This guy Kevin from DKA keeps calling and not leaving messages. When I called the number back he would not tell me anymore until I gave him my name which I wouldn't. He is harrasing.
Debt collector...Do not answer the phone and if you do, HANG up...they collect UNSECURED debt so they can do nothing to you...Tell then to kiss your [***]
