I let it go to voicemail. I listened to the message The lady said I needed to verify more information for my youngest daughter. I called the number back got a busy signal. I then called the marketplace: The lady told me that it showed I submitted the info but there was still some inconsistencies. When I told her about the call she sad that it sounded fishy but with the inconsistencies on my account that she would escalate the situation in order to figure out what was going on just in case it was a real thing and I won't lose my coverage. Some one will call me back within 30 days. lol We will see if I get paperwork in the mail I know it is real.
I received a call from this Healthcare Marketplace saying Florida medicaid is going away and I need to call an 800 number to get more info. I did and it is to sign up for Obama Care. I also spoke to Florida Medicaid and they are not aware of any discontinuance of coverage. The lady with the Healthcare Marketplace seemed sketchy but adament.
Its for the healthcare marketplace. What upsets me is you cannot call the number back because it is always busy so you have to wait until they call you and hopefully you don't miss it. SO annoying!
