I let it go to voicemail. I listened to the message The lady said I needed to verify more information for my youngest daughter. I called the number back got a busy signal. I then called the marketplace: The lady told me that it showed I submitted the info but there was still some inconsistencies. When I told her about the call she sad that it sounded fishy but with the inconsistencies on my account that she would escalate the situation in order to figure out what was going on just in case it was a real thing and I won't lose my coverage. Some one will call me back within 30 days. lol We will see if I get paperwork in the mail I know it is real.
Sounded fishy. They wanted verification it was me. Gave them my birthday but not the year. Then they wanted my adress gave them the town, but not the street or number. The caller didn't sound confident in his speech so I told them to send me any info they wanted in the mail. I just didn't trust them
Just got a call from this number. My health insurance is already all set up and I receive TEXT alerts from the healthcare marketplace. This is DEFINITELY A SCAM. don't give these people any info. Remember it's tax time.
Got a call from this number saying there was a problem with my marketplace application and he needed to get some information. He claimed to be from the Healthcare Marketplace. When I asked for his personal information he got indignant. He gave me the healthcare.gov phone number before he hung up. I called the marketplace and there was nothing amiss with my application. I gave them this phone number and they are escalating it for fraud investigation. If you get a call from this number you should do the same.
Tried calling back but got busy signal each time; asked SIRI where Wentzville,MO is then asked for reverse phone look up for caller I'd # shown, looked at post by others...apparently some kind of scam re:Heslthcare Marketpkace/ACA...REQUESTING REMOVAL FROM THIS COMPANY's CALL LISTS!!!!
