The caller is selling bible Hebrew language study courses. I know because they called me several times trying to get me to buy the on-line course. Expensive!!!
eTeacher may not be a scam per se, but their customer service and refund policies are greatly lacking, one may believe they are a scam. At one point in my experience with eTeacher, I asked if maybe they were being intentionally sabotaged because their support had gotten so bad. You know, sometimes, the customer and technical support of a company can be bad enough that a customer decides to leave....but eTeacher makes no provision for such, are defensive, and they keep your money. Very one sided with the minimalist of refund policy, all of which favors them. My only consolation is that I love Israel and I hope my money went towards their economy, but it's no more eTeacher for me.
