Number appeared in my missed calls. When I pick up, I hear music in the background. They keep on calling but they do not leave a message!

got a call last nite from this number 646-200-5822
did not answer. thought it was some one i knew but it cant be if others got the same call.
only called one time so far. very strange dont know where these people get my number from.
