left message that their will send to county court if I do not settle up.

When I called back they identified himself as the IRS.  comes back to out of business floweriest is NYC.

Caller said they were from IRS and matter would be sent to county court. We have no idea what this is about.

Left a message that he was Todd from the IRS and I was involved in a lawsuit so to call back at this number to get in touch with my County clerk right away. Rec'd. the call at 7:48 a.m. First of all the IRS would send a letter & second at that time of day I thought there was an emergency. This number needs to be shut down!

Said from IRS and was to contact county court
Two times before 9 am

Caller said they were from IRS and that I was involved in a lawsuit for unpaid taxes.  Is this legit? I'm not giving any information out over the phone.  Gentleman on phone was very rude.
