Who called from 6468099648

Fraud call about IRS, arrest warrants and can't not speak English well enough to understand what he saying.

Phone call from someone saying they were an IRS Agent.  They don't call you unless you initiate the phone call.
Prank call.

They keep calling and leaving voice mail saying I have been issued a federal arrest warrant and they are internal revenue office and headquarters.

Called. I called back and requested their badge number which the IRS will always provide. Not to mention that the IRS lines NEVER ring directly to a person. Kept calling and kept being disconnected. Have contacted the IRS and reported this number.

Spam "IRS" caller saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and there's a warrant for my arrest. Called more than once. I blocked the number.
