Received a scam call on my cell phone at 10am CDT from 646-820-5486 (Manhattan, NY). It was a male with an accent and heavy background noise. He said he wanted to give me an $8000 grant. I live in very rural Nebraska, only 300 people in my town. Don't know how they got my cell number. I told the caller to never call me again and hu g up on him.
