Martin Webber also called here, indicating that it was a 'personal call' for one of our executives. Presuming that this was a legitimate call and the insinuation implying 'urgent' I offered to forward to admin. He then immediately indicated he will reach out via email. I advised not acceptable, until permitted. He indicated would do so anyway. (Not a fantastic recommendation for future business transactions)
Martin Webber also called in indicated will email right after avoiding my questions as to what company they were representing. Approx. 15 minutes later a call came in from 312-754-4713. I'm pretty sure it was the same voice but this time asking for job titles and confirmations of emails. I'm not authorized to provide those. Offer to forward to admin who is authorized, they hung up.
Update. Martin Webber called again for a different executive. Insisting that it was "important but personal" when he was asked for what company he represented. Advised will forward to admin, he indicated that I should not bother, he would just keep trying to reach him himself all day.
WoW!
When does it change from good B2B to harassment?
