This person has called all the lines in my office. He acts like they know who he is, but unless I know who you are, you don't get through. Then he says, oh I'll send him an email. Whatever.
Guy called me. Mispronounced my name. I corrected him and he said 'OK' before hanging up. Thought we had been disconnected so called back, but his number would not take an incoming call. Weird.

Called a couple times already today. Unknown names/numbers relegated to voicemail handling, but caller doesn't leave a message.
