Jaina Systems Network uses VOIP and are in India and Singapore. I guess they feel that since they aren't in the USA that they can harrass you freely. Report them . When the companies that use them get tired of paying the fines they will discontinue using their "service".
Contacting you DOES NOT re-start the clock. Making a payment can do that, agreeing to make a payment may do that. But simply being contacted does not. It does, however, start the clock on certain important rights under the FDCPA.
