I'm so mad because I wad prepared with my story about why I really needed their home security. I was going to talk about how I had chopped up my ex boyfriend and hid his body parts in bags of herion or whatever and then start to threaten to cut up their private parts to feed to my dogs... But alas.... They hung up on me.
Called me at 8:55 pm. I did not answer. I dont answer unknown calls. Assumed it was a sales person because we dont owe money to anyone. They did not call back or leave a message. After seeing these other callers, I will block the number on my iphone.
A salesman called my cell phone this afternoon. He said he wanted to put security in my house and put a sign in my yard. I told him that my cell phone is on the do not call registry and it is illegal for him to be calling me. He said it is not illegal, the laws have changed, and he is allowed to call me since he dialed the call himself and was not a robocall. I told him this is not true and that he can't be calling people on the national do not call registry unless he has an existing business relationship with them or he is a charity. I asked him for the name of the company so i could report him and he said he'd put me on the company's "do not call" list. I told him I don't need to be on his separate do not call list for his company because I am on the national do not call registry and asked him for the exact name of his home safety company. He refused to tell me the name.
Just received a call from this number. No message was left. I do not answer numbers that I do not recognize. Glad I didn't- I can see this number is a frequent call to many. I, too, am on the Do Not Call List.
