Send the phone number to your cell provider via text message. Send the number to SPAM (7726). Although the number is 4-digits it does work. My carrier is AT&T, I did it and it worked. I think all cell providers use the same 4-digit number.
Just received a call from 657-202-9066...I answered and after a brief silence there was a recorded (in a very chipper, excited voice) "Hi! This is Rachel! How are you doin' today?" My response? click!
