I answered and the voice launched into "This is the customer service department [didn't say of what company] and as a loyal customer [still no company mentioned] you are eligible for lodging, blah blah blah..." I tried to asked what the company name is, but the voice kept talking. After an attempt to tell it I'm not interested, and no break in the spiel, I hung up. Blocking it!
Caller ID shows: "Anaheim, CA"
These creeps called my cell phone @7AM.
Most likely scammers / criminals / scumbags using a spoofed number, and ignoring the worthless DNC list...All you can do is keep blocking the spoofed numbers these turds call from.
Don't know anyone in 657 area code so hit ignore on phone. They didn't leave a message so figured it was a scammer telemarketer. Then checked here. Was right on the money. These people never give up. If legit, they'll leave a message.
