You were the one who incorrectly claimed they were ignoring the DNC list. They can't ignore a list they are not required to use and cannot even gain access to.
Received the same call reporting that a claim had been filed against me and that it would be pursued at either my residence or work. Calling with threat to contact me through my human resources department to pursue collection or serve me at my home.
Called and said they were from the processing division and I have a charge pending and gave a a case number and told me to call them back at this number. However each time I call the phone just keeps ringing and then eventually the line goes dead. I have a 780 credit score....and I have zero outstanding debt to anyone. This is some type of scam everyone please do not buy into these calls that use fact scare tactics to try to get money from you. I hope the FTC finds out who these scam artists are. I work too hard, hold an executive position, have a clean record and pay my taxes to be treated in such a manner to leave me vm messages treating me like I am some type of criminal.
