Who called from 6607470706

They call all the time....listed as Performance Cal on caller ID. They actually left a message that my son had won a scholarship to a local university..interesting, but we had never applied for any scholarships, loans, or even colleges yet. Seems they're trying to drum up business for loans.

660-747-0706 is Proformance Calling telemarketing targeted at the parents of entry level college students. These guys are even more persistent than the bloody Learning Center. What gives these companies the idea that they are above the state and federal laws that govern the rest of us? Someone needs to do something to stop them. Their gimmick is to leave a recording saying that you can call them back to have your number removed.  . .

Just to let you know, no, Proformance Calling staff are not going against any federal or state regulations.  They are simply doing a job.  They do not sell anything and most of them are very polite, if you give them a second to talk.  I have interacted with them and did not have a problem saying to take me off the list.  If you don't want to be called, then stop filling out those stupid internet giveaways, surveys for money, etc.  That is how they are given your names and numbers.  And just to let you know, if you even go part of the way into them, and then exit out, they still have your information and then PC will call you.  If you don't want it, just say that, stop being so rude!

Everytime I access pch.com I start to receive unsolicited phone calls.  Apparently, PCH sells phone numbers to scam artists.  I did not recognize the phone number so i do not answer.  I believe it is somewhere in AZ
