i recieved a call from a 284-633-1042 and he addressed his names as officer david jones and to call him back at 661-230-3036 because i had a lawsuit of fraud and checks. iv never recieved any money in my account and when i told him i didnt recieve anything he started yelling and told me stop lien and hung up. i called back and cursed him out and he hung up again.
For two days I got the same messages from Officer Paul Black, Officer Tom White or Right. He was the same person.
He used both my cell phone and office phone. I have caller ID on my office phone and the numbers came from Germany. I reported it to the FTC with the numbers, names and dates.
I told the caller yesterday I knew he was a scam and if he didn't quit calling and harrassing me that I was turning all the information over to the FTC and FBI Fraud Division. (Which I did anyway.)
Before I hung up he said I'll tell Mr. White to take you off the list.
So far today I have received no phone calls.
Recieved same phone calls demanding money or I would regret it. Stong Indian accent said his name was Peter Black. My name and social was summited in a case of greatest importance and if I didnt give the $5000 I would go to jail for fraud. I hope no one falls for this SCAM.
I have recieved 11 calls back to back from a man named Jack Dawson (with a seriously thick Indian accent) who says he is of legal counsel and his supervisor would like to talk to me so his supervisor can tell me what they are calling me about. There was no number that came up on my caller ID. Just the number 2. He said I was rude for hanging up on him and informing him that if he is of legal counsel he would know that once I state I do not want to receive any phone calls he should acknowledge that. He then started to yell and say that I was not a proper person. THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM!!!!
I received the same call today, said he was an officer and was in investigations, said that if I didn't call him back today that all he could say was that he felt sorry for me, with all the legal ramifications that I will face, implyed that I would go to jail if I didn't call him back as soon as possible. As everyone said here he has a very thick Indian accent, it was hard for me to understand most of the message!!!!!
