i recieved a call from a 284-633-1042 and he addressed his names as officer david jones and to call him back at 661-230-3036 because i had a lawsuit of fraud and checks. iv never recieved any money in my account and when i told him i didnt recieve anything he started yelling and told me stop lien and hung up. i called back and cursed him out and he hung up again.
Received a call at my work. The guy had such a heavy accent i was unable to make out the Officer's name. He called from "the sherrif's office" oooh. no county given, just myname ans social were brought up as a match for a supposed lawsuit against me and that i am to call him back at 661-230-3036 or he would call my work and notify them of this investigation so i will lose my job. what a crock, DO NOT fall for this scam.
they somehow get your 'personal' information, call and threaten 'legal action' i actually called back and told the Mother freaker to bring the lawsuit on...call the police , do what he needed to do but STOP calling me...he started cursing me out , i LMAO"d and hung up!
