i recieved a call from a 284-633-1042 and he addressed his names as officer david jones and to call him back at 661-230-3036 because i had a lawsuit of fraud and checks. iv never recieved any money in my account and when i told him i didnt recieve anything he started yelling and told me stop lien and hung up. i called back and cursed him out and he hung up again.
The exact same thing happened to me I called the number and the person asked why I was calling them I told him bc u keep callin me all at work harrasing me hrme put me on hold hung up and he wont answer the phone now THIS GUY MUST BE STOPPED
I got this call and he left a message saying he is Office Alex Flemming he is investigating a friend or family member named Liza Rivera or Lisa Herrera ( I couldn't tell because of his accent). I will stay far away from him and not answer my phone again! Thank you for posting this!
RECIEVED A CALL TODAY FROM " Officer Steven Jackson" He left a message to immediatly call him back. I called him back @ 661-230-3036 and he told me the last 4 of my SSN and my bank name. I told him if I had a state Investigation against me for him to tell me what it was regarding. HE HUNG UP, then my husband called me and told me he recieved the same call about me and I was going to be arrested and he was going to be arrested too. My husband argued with him how much a loser he was.......then he stated that he would [***] my daughter...(really.... my daughter is only 7years old) sick [***]
I received a phone call from a Officer Daryl Jones from the State Investigation Department. They are telling me that my SS# will be blocked because I owe money. That the payday loan money was deposited into my checking account and I did not pay it back and a legal action was put against me. He treatened that a police officer will go to my job and embarrass me in front of my workers and that I will lose my job. I tried telling him I don't know what he is talking about and he yelled at me saying wait and see that a police officer is going after you, and hung up on me. What is going on? Very disturbing!
Also note this number: 727-533-6101, he left a message on my voice mail saying he is from the Bureau of Investigations, same scam with heavy indian accent saying the same thing about an affidavit against me and owing money, beware of this number also.
