You can contact the FBI regarding this if you have been scammed by him. If you were scammed for over $4k, or feel that you are in danger, go to your nearest FBI office and make a report. Otherwise, go directly to this site and fill out a report. http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
This is a serious site that will send your claim to the FBI directly, in NY.
If you live in another State than CA, and he has scammed you, then he has committed fraud across State lines. A HUGE Fed offense. Contact your local FBI office!!!!!!
