A 'Christy Washington' called for an employee saying it was regarding a federal payroll matter and needed to hear from him or his attorney (which is inappropriate to divulge). When asked if it was regarding a personal business call, she refused to answer and would only say it was regarding a federal matter. When I 'Googled' the phone #, it comes up that they're a collection agency and trying to collect on a student loan. This 'Christy' person said she'd spoken to someone in our payroll dept. who told her to call the switchboard and leave a message. Odd, since we do not accept personal business calls here.
