Never talk to them. Never answer any questions for them.
Tell them to send a letter. The more you talk to them on the phone the more they will call trying to suck information
out of you. It is NOT your obligation to do their work for them.
Tell them under the federal fair debt collection practices act --- TO CEASE AND DESIST
Follow up with a letter to them, send it ONLY by U.S. Mail, certified with return receipt so you have proof you sent the letter
telling them to cease and desist calling.
Include the number they are calling from if you have it from your caller i.d.
Include the number they are calling you at ( your number that your receiving the calls on )
This is important---- MAKE SURE YOU SEND THE CEASE AND DESIST LETTER TO A PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS
AND NOT A P.O. BOX !
Keep copies of your cease and desist letter , staple your post office receipt to it along with the green signature card
you will get back in the mail where they signed for your letter.
They know what comes next if they continue to call, seeing that you sent them a cease and desist letter certified mail.
e-mail DOES NOT WORK so dont waste time sending a letter that way.

(C) makes a telephone call or utilizes a telecommunications device, whether or not conversation or communication ensues, without disclosing his identity and with intent to abuse, threaten, or harass any specific person;
(D) makes or causes the telephone of another repeatedly or continuously to ring, with intent to harass any person at the called number; or
(E) makes repeated telephone calls or repeatedly initiates communication with a telecommunications device, during which conversation or communication ensues, solely to harass any specific person; or
(2) knowingly permits any telecommunications facility under his control to be used for any activity prohibited by paragraph (1) with the intent that it be used for such activity,
shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
I sued them up one side of the road and down the other.

They call people on a different number each time they call. They have thousands on thousands numbers
they call people on.
So are you telling everyone here that you have thousands on thousands of ringtones set up / programmed for each one.
