I RECEIVED A PHONE CL TODAY FROM 0000 AND HE WAS LIKE I OWN 700 DOLLAR 4 A LOAN AN HE CHANGE IT AND SAID 637.23 CENT THEN I WAS LIKE PROVE IT HOW MUCH DID U LET ME HAVE HE START GETTING MAD CLL MA A HOE AN SAID IM B IN JAIL IN TOLD ME TO TALK ENGLISH I SAID IM AM TALKING ENGLISH DAT ALL I KN HOW TO TALK HE SAID IF I DONT PAY THE MONEY TODAY FRIDAY I WULD HAVE TO GO TO COURT N I BETTER HAVE 8000 DALLORS WHEN I GO TO COURT OR NT I WILL B IN JAIL I JUST FEEL LIKE ITS A SCAM AN THEY SAID MY ATTORNEY NEEDS TO CL DO I HAVE 1 CUZ IM NEED 1 AND THEY GOT MY SS NUM WAT CAN I DO
I keep getting harrasing phone calls from this company. It comes through as 0000. They say that they need to hear me or my attorney asap and its time sensitive and if I dont respond they feel sorry for me and I will be in jail for 8 years. They have all my information and state they are going to file a judgment against me which they said they would mail the papers to me and I am still waiting for them. It has been over a month and havnt recieved the papers yet.
I received the same information as the last recepient did and I also received a phone call like a month in a half ago and they told me the exact same thing. Is this a scam? Do I need to call the FBI about this matter?
