beligerent nasty collectors representing themselves as lawyers and paralegals and barely speak english, supposedly from Irvine, CA but most likely from Mumbai.
I just received a call from them that said I or my attorney needs to call them ASAP and if I don"t he said he feels sorry for me!!!! He (DANIEL) could barely speak English and the number came up on my cell as916-395-0000. He then left this number 661-368-5263 to contact him. EVEN HE SAID DON'T DISREGARD THIS CALL, WISH YOU GOOD LUCK!
I have been recieving calls through out the day today coming up on my caller Id as unknown, my teenage daughter answered it and they asked for me she said I wasn't available to please have me call this number back the number he gave was 661-368-5263 and his name was Daniel. He called back later in the day I answered and aske what this was regarding he stated that I was a primary suspect in a legal case, he got very argumentative when I tried to find out what court I supposedly had a case in and what the case number was. He called me a f@@@@en B-tch. I asked to speak to his supervisor and make sure he spoke english because Daniel was too hard to understand. I finally got tired of him harrassing me so I told him I was going to call the police. He had the gall to call beck a couple more times. We are waiting for the officer to contact us now

Keeops calling me at work CLAIMING that the firm has a case against me. When I ask who they are representing, They have mentioned 2 or 3 different companies, none of which I have ever heard of, so Obvioulsy i don't owe them any money. I think they keep trying, thinking eventually they will hit a name that i recognise, so that I will believe them. IF someone REALLY had a CASE against me, I am quite sure that I would receive I would personally be handed the information by an officer of the law. NOT by recieving harrassing phone calls at work.
JWC continued. The whole thing is CRAP. Whatever you do DO NOT give out a credit card number. That is what they are after. They will NOT get one from me no matter how many harrassing phone calls they get from me.
THIS MAN CALLED SAYING HIS NAME IS"DAVID STONE", BUT HE SOUND MORE LIKE A MOHAMMED. HE CALLED ME TRYING TO SCARE ME ABOUT PAYING BACK A LOAN THAT I NEVER GOT. HE HAD MY WORK INFORMATION AND SAID HE WAS GOING TO CALL THEM. I TOLD HIM OKAY. THIS MAN WAS VERY NASTY AND RUDE. HIS ENGLISH IS REALLY BAD.
I'M 100% POSITIVE THAT THIS SO CALL JWC LAW OFFICE IS RUNNING A FRAUDULENT SCAM.
I ASK FOR THE PHONE NUMBER OF AMERICAN PAY LOAN ,THAT IS SO CALL OPENING A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST ME. HE SAID THEY DIDNT WANT TO BE CONTACT. THAT THEY E-MAILED ME A FEW TIMES AND I NEVER ANSWERED THEM BACK. THIS NEVER HAPPEN. I HAVE NEVER APPLIED FOR A FAST LOAN.
I ASK HIM SO HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM ?
HE SAID SEND A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER OF $689 WITH A LETTER STATING I WILL NOT DISPUTE THE CHARGES .
I WILL BE CONTACTNG THE POLICE AND OPENNING A CASE ON JWC LAW OFFICE.
I WILL ALSO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO INFORM THEM ABOUT JWC LAW OFFICE. THIRD I WILL CALL THE NEWS :).
