beligerent nasty collectors representing themselves as lawyers and paralegals and barely speak english, supposedly from Irvine, CA but most likely from Mumbai.
I have gotten calls from this number at my work and on my cell telling me that it is concerning a case against me. I wouldn't confirm that it was me on the phone so he would not go into detail. Today they called my cell and I did not answer. The voicemail message (which I now wish I had saved) indicated that either I or my attorney of record needed to contact them immediately and if I chose to ignore the call, he wished me luck...Now I alsmost want to call back to see what else they have to say!
Hello.... I followed So Creative not 2 get even's plan. I called these dummines so many times yesterday until they begged me to stop calling!!! But not before they called me Mother F***** and B*****. I felt a little sorry for Shaun Johnson. He answered the phone each time I called. Towards the end of the day he sounded so exhausted when he picked up the phone. I know I called at least 35 times yesterday back to back. Each time I called I would ask "what's the name of this company." Then I would call back and say "Hey, you want a date tonight?". I don't think they will be calling me anymore.
I have made the mistake of taking out a payday loan. Which I am sure I have paid back. I do not want to be called by this place any longer. They are harrassing me. Any suggestions.
