beligerent nasty collectors representing themselves as lawyers and paralegals and barely speak english, supposedly from Irvine, CA but most likely from Mumbai.
These a-holes were calling me 15-16 times a day, at home, at work...and I never had a "pay" loan. (I filled out the form online for one, but when I read the "terms and conditions", I decided not to do it.)
Anyway, 5 days ago, I finally had it. I googled the phone number & found this site. I read a post from someone called "2 Creative", and decided to invest 2 1/2 hours of my day off to screw with them the same way 2 Creative did, and guess what? I haven't heard a peep from them since! It actually works...try it. (I did have to hear a lot of screaming and cussing, but nonetheless it worked!)
Go get them everyone...look up the post from "2 Creative" and it will tell you exactly how to do it and finally get some peace and quiet. (And SCREW those terrorist [***]!)
MOST CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS JWC LAW GROUP, BUT THE NAMES AND SCAM MORPH A BIT DAY BY DAY (DAVID STONE, JOHN SPENCER, NICK ANDERSON, DAVID SMITH). CHECKED THE CALIF. STATE BAR LAWYER LISTINGS AND OF COURSE, JWC LAW GROUP AND INDIVIDUALS ARE NOT LISTED BECAUSE THEY ARE SCUMMY SCAMMERS.
AGREED- THE MORE REPORTS THAT ARE MADE THE FASTER AND MORE IMPORTANT THE CASE AND INVESTIGATION BECOMES.

4. IF YOU HAD APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN ONLINE, YOU CAN ALSO REPORT THEM TO THE FBI, INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER (IC3) AT: WWW.IC3.GOV

So I work for a law firm and when I heard this message he left for me I was amazed @ how many of the FDCPA laws THEY broke.... Tellin me good luck if I don't call them back so me and my attorney call and the first thing I said is what is this in regards to? "A PAY DAY LOAN ONLINE" that I neglected to pay my response well you clearly forgot to put it in my account..... He sttd well we have proof and if you don' pay it the police will be at your door lol (anyone who is AMERICAN knows there is no jail for debtors.... My response well let me pay then (I wanted to see what there payment options were do they get ur acct info or what) he sttd something not understandable!!!! And I sttd yeah right like I would pay you... Send me proof I can send it tomorrow NO U SEND IT TODAY.... He hung up I called back attorney still in hand.... I sttd your a fraud and I hope you have an attorney he said "look you little [***] you pay this or I [***] u bad" I sttd oh you like to talk nasty huh [***] as I'm cursing and cursing and cursing him out he again says a threat that he will kill me ok not that I didn't know @ the begining of this paragraph that this was a [***] SCAM now I'm like wow these people are insane so I state to him stop feeding on my country taking our [***] feed on you r own country and stop trying to speak english you suck at it Mr. Attorney.... He hung up which was expected... The sad thing is there is really nothing you can do about this but they will ot call you anymore after you tell there [***] made [***] that u aint stupid....
