My CID says it is from the DFA. I believe, but cannot be absolutely certain, that this is Democracy For America, Howard Dean's political organization. I never pick up and they never leave a message, so we may never know for sure.
Thank you all for the suggestions. I did call them and waited until I spoke to an agent who was very kind and immediately remove my number from their roster. I suggest that anyone who is interested in not getting calls again do the same
