My CID says it is from the DFA. I believe, but cannot be absolutely certain, that this is Democracy For America, Howard Dean's political organization. I never pick up and they never leave a message, so we may never know for sure.
I have received many calls but when I pick up there is no one there. Today someone inadvertently left a message on my answering machine using some pretty foul language. I am assuming they were talking to someone in the office. When I called the number back three times all I got was this is a donor call center we are very busy hang on I did for 15 minutes each time no one ever answers. I am guessing these are some political parties dirty tricks.
I receive calls from this number at least twice a day. There's a short recorded message from "Organizing for Action" then it hangs up. Extremely annoying.
