My CID says it is from the DFA. I believe, but cannot be absolutely certain, that this is Democracy For America, Howard Dean's political organization. I never pick up and they never leave a message, so we may never know for sure.
It' not just OFA. It's telecommunications company that sells phone lists.

If this is OFA, they are very cooperative and professional. It is political calling, but it is the President's own group, so standards are high. Not like any other. Btw, so proud of our POTUS lately. Caught him singing/leading "Amazing Grace" at funeral of pastor in Charleston, just cried. Now I will call back and make a small donation.
