Yes I got the same message from the same number and I am also tire of these freaking phone calls. I too was scared but not I don't think nothing about them in about five minutes. Because they have no proof that you got money they are only trying to get some from you. And when you ask for proof they will ask you are you being smart or avoiding the matter. They need to be stop and some law officers needs to help us do this.
I received the same call today and he immediately started yelling at me and hung up in my face. If you called me arent you supposed to be professional? I could barely understand anything he said. Then when i asked for a physical mailing addressed he said do you have a pin? write it down mf and hung up. VERY DISRESPECTFUL.

I just received a phone call from them saying they will c me in court. Talked with a heavy accent. [***] pricks and scammers. Didnt even leave a # to call him back on. Or what the msg was about.
