Don't buy this either never recd call from ASPCA and refused to give credit card number. Waiting to see if I actually get a mailing but don't think I'll be sending a check. Sounds like a scam to me
It is a company that collects Donations for the ASPCA I called their new York number and asked of they were legitimate.....however idk if I can continue to support them due to the fact they won't support the no kill movement
I get this number calling me frequently always as unknown,very annoying. I don't know anyone in california,but i do have "nettalk' app on my phone. May uninstall it to see if it does anything.
