I received two calls from this number yesterday. Did not pick up the phone either time, but they did leave an automated message. It did not identify the company's name, but said they were calling about "your credit account" and were offering a lower interest rate for a limited time. That sounds fishy enough, but I don't have a credit card! Pretty sure this one is some kind of phishing scam.
Received call on my cell this morning same message as the other posts. Pressed option 2 -not to be called again. I hope this works. I am on the Do Not Call Registry.
