I received two calls from this number yesterday. Did not pick up the phone either time, but they did leave an automated message. It did not identify the company's name, but said they were calling about "your credit account" and were offering a lower interest rate for a limited time. That sounds fishy enough, but I don't have a credit card! Pretty sure this one is some kind of phishing scam.
Received a call from them this morning saying it was about my credit card (which I have 0 of) pushed one cause I was mad thought maybe someone had got one in my name. Then as soon as I said I didn't have a card they hung up.. No company Nam or anything..tried calling them back and always busy...
Received a call on my cell a few minutes ago from this number - no message. I'm on the DNC registry - so much for that list! I went into my settings and added them to my call blocking so won't be hearing from them again!
I rcvd this automated call. It is VERY EASY to report a consumer complaint to the FCC. You can simply search FCC Consumer Complaint. Your reports are needed to shut down this operation and hopefully put criminals in jail. The webpage is http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
I wanted to see who they were. I pressed 1 and they knew my CC companies. I asked which company they were with and they said all 4. I said that isn't even possible and they insisted. They also thought they knew my total balance. When I told them they were incorrect, they hung up on me. I'm reporting them to the FCC.
