I received two calls from this number yesterday. Did not pick up the phone either time, but they did leave an automated message. It did not identify the company's name, but said they were calling about "your credit account" and were offering a lower interest rate for a limited time. That sounds fishy enough, but I don't have a credit card! Pretty sure this one is some kind of phishing scam.
I received a call from this number at 9:04am central time. If this call was originated in Lancaster, CA as it states, it would have been 7:04am there. However, I have a caller ID application on my phone that identifies all callers and the original number the call originates from if it is a private/unidentified caller and this number originated in Kentucky from (502) 493-7623 and when (661) 945-7254 is dialed back, the application shows that it is going to a Kentucky location instead of California as the incoming call stated and the originating phone number suggests.
