i am also getting the calls. first it was hollis cobb [***]. now it is brent d stamps. just a stupid recording on the phone and it happens everyday sometimes twice a day. if it sont stop i say we all just start emailing mr brent d stamps and let him know what we think. just an idea mail to:[email protected] found it on the state bar on ga site this is really getting annoying and im not calling them back if they wanna talk they will call me with a real person or send me a letter.

They are rude and will not give the information that you need to get the situation rectified. They have some real dummies working for them... They call with limited information then when you call back they act as if you are suppose to just give them what they want because they say so ..

stop the calls. send them a letter stating to cease and dissist, per Fair Credit Reporting Act.  I found 2 addresses:

The best way to deal with them is to contact the people they represent and ask them if they are aware that the people collecting on their behalf are using such abusive tactics.  If they don't seem to care then you should send letters to your local newspaper and television stations to make them aware of the situation.  Always copy the hospital administration to make sure they're aware that you're taking such action.  Don't ever stretch the facts or make accusations.  Simply state in an unemotional manner how this caller has treated you... how often they've called... how they've been rude, called you a liar, threatened legal action, etc.  What you'll find is that the hospitals don't want to be known as a bully in the community.
